WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM THE PROCESS

You will answer a series of questions that will help me understand who you are and what your brand is. In this step we also focus on things like your ideal client, your short-term and longterm goals, values, as well as what you're drawn to visually.

After I create a few mood boards, we will schedule a video call to talk through them to establish a solid direction your visual identity will take. We will also address any questions or concerns,

thoughts, or ideas that will come up.

You will receive the initial designs of all of the elements that fall under visual identity (logos, icons, colors, fonts, etc.) We will then schedule another call if needed to talk about any edits

you'd like to make to your design package.

After the designs are approved, we will move on

to creating all other assets we agreed on

(printables, promotional product design, etc.)

Last step is the exciting part! You will receive a link to all of your designs and files as well as your brand guidelines, and can start using them across all of your platforms.

For a full branding project without website prototype, we're looking at 4-6 weeks. This timeline can sometime extend depending on your timely feedback to move forward with designs and revisions.

For branding + website, the timeline is up to 9 weeks. To begin the website design process, you will need to provide all of your copy and pages. If we're creating collateral designs or templates as well, this can extend the timeline by 1-2 weeks.

If you need a quicker turn around, let me know and we can try to make it happen based on capacity and availability.

Firstly, my hope is that if you decide to work with me, it's because my style resonates with you and you trust my expertise.

I understand being worried about not liking your final designs, however I do everything in my power to make sure we come to a solution for your business you feel excited about. I offer three rounds of revisions included in the price, but if we feel like we need additional changes and edits, extra revisions are available for a fee. Rest assured, extra revisions are not usually needed for my projects. I do not at this time offer refunds. Thank you for understanding.
